Please note that divorce procedure has to take place in Morocco before the Family judge.

Required documents

1. Application to be filled out and signed by both parties . Both parties' signatures are required to be done at the Embassy or to be certified by the Department of Foreign Affairs ;
2. Certified copy of the Moroccan marriage certificate ;
3. Certified copy of Australian / New Zealander mariage certificate (if exist) ;

Certified copy of Australian / New Zealander divorce certificate signed by the Justice and Foreign Affairs Departments Copy of the Registration Card with the Embassy or with the Honorary Consulate General in Sydney or in Auckland.

Divorce fees : 220 DH ( AUD 26.27)
